Drinking Water Before A Test Can Improve Your Results By 8-10 Percent

Lately, I’ve been skipping the internet search results and going straight to verifiable documented case studies either through respectable groups or organizations. I call this comparing the story versus the fact. This concept is used when discussing stocks. For example, a new IPO has a great story, but they’re losing millions every day. That’s a great story with no business proof to back it.

Anyway, I researched how much water to drink on NIH. In my findings, it stated student test results could improve by 8-10% if they drank water prior to the test. This is under the assumption the brain needs enough water to function properly.

So, I just told them to drink some before every class.
